I have a client that would like to do this type of runway. Anyone know what this is and how I can do it as far as securing the runway to the floor. The length would be 5'x50'. The floor will be concrete.

Roll vinyl flooring cut to width. Models in very high heels will not walk well on carpet. I have seen many rolled flooring material runways, and several thick plexi lit from below, but I don't remember ever seeing carpet.
