HI, I am having some issues with our Obey 40 DMX box at church. I can't get it to program right.  I want to program some new scenes for our Christmas play. I've fallowed the manual, watched some youtube vids, but our box doesn't seem to be working right.  The play is in 4 days, and I've been waiting and waiting for some one else to help, and they havn't come through. I've posted on another forum, and they refuse to even answer.  I REALY need someone to help me figure this out.   I've made a video that shows our setup, and what the box is doing, hopefully that will help track the problem down.

Leo - have you tried contacting the sales rep that sold you the system, perhaps the company that installed it, or even Chauvet tech support?  I've had great luck with their Tech Support line.

Hi, I did try tech support once, but I was unable to get ahold of anyone.  If I talk to them, I'd like to be at the system when I do so, and have few opportunities to be there during there open hours.


Unfortunately, I do not know the company who installed it. I wasn't even there when all this was setup, even though I probably should have been. (Which is a whole different subject)

My pastor just had surgery, so now isn't really the time to pester him for the names and such, but If I can't work it out soon I'll have to find out and give'em a call myself.
