Who needs scaffolding, anyways?
« on: December 06, 2010, 09:50:28 PM »

2 Barco R-12 DLP's stacked.

Pic Below is result of bad planning. Resulted to 2 pieces of riser, 2 6' classroom tables stuck together, and a piece of dance floor.  Rolling Eyes

Worked fine, but mildly embarrassing. You live and you learn, right?

Anyone have stories to make a new operations manager feel better?

We've all ended up having to do silly things like that.

Was there no extra duvatine that you could at least hide it with?  We can all get a chuckle out of it and feel your pain, but the client might not.

This was shot from the rear... that contraption would NOT have been acceptable if visible.... We had the show today, and got through it... success... and we all laughed about it afterwards..

That's how we always do it.  Of course we use more milk crates and duct tape...
