I want to take a moment to recognize ProCo Sound for exemplary customer service.

I wrote a note to info@procosound.com inquiring about repair to the strain relief of a ProCo Stagemaster series snake I owned.  I was asking for parts, prices, etc.

The message back was as follows:

Hi Frank,
Sorry to hear you are having a problem with your snake. If you will ship it back to us, we will fix it.
Send it to:
ProCo Sound
225 Parsons Street
Kalamazoo MI 49007
Attn: Warranty

Custom Products Sales


No mention of cost.  No questions asked.  Not "How old is it". No "Are you the Original owner?" Nothing.  Send it in.

It was repaired promptly, and sent back looking like new.  Invoice amount was ZERO - they picked up the shipping back to me, too.  They also threw in some "munchies and a note" - bubble gum, I think.

Anyway, hats off to these folks.  Service way better than the way it should be.
