Well it's definitely a mid-high box... probably would need a bass box in addition to subs to get full range.

Other than that, who knows?

How fast will this car accelerate from 0-60 MPH? How many Gs can it pull on a skid-pad?



I hope you can see that you have presented us with way too many unknowns and variables. If you are uncomfortable buying an unknown loudspeaker based on the say-so of a stranger (and I would be!) don't do it.

Jojo,

You can have the moderator delete a post, hit the "Report message to a moderator" button and ask him to delete the double post.

As far as the cabinet, you can estimate the low frequency cutoff of the horn as about four times the wavelength of the horn depth.

If the horn was 1 foot deep, 4  x 1= 4 feet.
Speed of sound 1130 fps.
1130 /4 =282.5 HZ.

This is good know that there is quick simple math.

what is your thought regarding the box, those 12" looks like not in a sealed configuration...if played in a full range is that a problem? (no Xing)

As a rough guess the tuning of the cabinet looks to be around 65 HZ, so you would want to high pass around 60 HZ or above.

It is not a "full range" type of box, and the horn load/ported design will require quite a bit of EQ, the output will probably be 3-10 dB more from around 250 to 1200 compared to the output in the 60-250 range.

Unless the Mid driver has a sealed basket, its always bad to have two different drivers radiating into the same enclosure.
