Any ideas of where I might be able to order bulk (say, 250' spool) of 6 conductor 12 or 13 gauge speaker cable for triamping that wraps nicely and minimizes weight?

All I've been able to find for "speaker" cable is 13/8.  (Although I suppose I could try to parallel two unused conductors for lows & mids.)

I might be able to order 13/6 SJOOW from my local electrical supplier - but I won't know how good (or bad) the cable wraps until it's already paid for ... because I assume they'd have to special order it; and I don't want to drop $400-$500 for cables that I'll be cussing at for years to come.

I'd e-mail camel traders, they don't list a six but they may be able to special order it.

Any Horizon/Rapco dealer can get you 6/13ga in any length you want-with or without ends on it.

Why don't you go for 8-conductor cable and double-up on the copper for the LF?  You can always use it to expand later.
