Or under a PAR64.  Or hanging off the grid with a fly weight on the end.

I like the blue locking connector, but that cable you guys used on the K series is awful.
Permakinked and way too stiff. Won't wrap, won't lay flat. Autotangles.

I have actually begun discussions with the supplier about providing these to us coiled instead of folded. That would presumably help with the permakink. One trick I will share is that a few hours in direct sun on a driveway or other black top will help the jacket on that cable to relax some.

+1 on the crappy IEC cables that come with!  I don't use them because even after being out in the sun they still are permakinked.  Just makes a bad impression...  I will have to try the Hosa cables as mentioned - I have seen them but never thought to try them out.

Please, Please make the KWs Powercons so we can "roll our own" cables!

Other than that issue, the K series has been a godsend to us!

At the risk of going off on a tangent...how has the plastic finish on your K series been holding up in rentals compared to, say, Eons or SRM450s? I've been considering buying some, but that smooth finish looks like it would mark/scratch really easily...

the finish on ours is not marked up much - but I am the only one who handles the K series - we don't dry rent them.  It is a very smooth surface, but it has held up well so far.  That said, I am also very careful with them; this is the main thing that might push me to order the cases for them, either from QSC or from Tuki (i think they're the ones)

I have the Tuki soft covers, great fit for the speakers and will certainly protect from mars.

+1 for Undercover NYC.

They made a custom cover for my GP212, it fits perfect, it was cheap, and only took 1 week.  Big time thumbs up in my book.
