Headphone Extension Cable?

I play bass at my church and use a Whirlwind headphone amp and Shure in-ears for the monitor mix.  Does anyone know of a belt-clip adapter to support the headphone extension cable?  I typically shove the in-ear jack/1/8"->1/4"adapter/female 1/4" TRS assembly in my pocket, but there has to be something better for this.

I usually tie mine loosely to a belt loop.  You could also check the local dollar store for some of the clips below and zip tie the cable to it:
