I hear the unpowered 12's they sounded really good; although they, nor are any of the drivers EV's. They double 15 and the sub were very "DJ" sounding with a lot of low mid "flub" and not very tight sounding. The powered stuff just seemed to lack definition. I would not not mind having or using the unpowered 12's but I'd wait for version 2 of the rest .

Apprantelly your tone deaf or don't know how to use a freaking EQ or some rich spoiled gear snob that can afford Meyer's.  :P I defintly going with a EV rig which sound way better then the QSC they had way cheaper then the orange label stuff to.  8)

;D Nobody I went heard a bunch of active speakers today and just want to let Scott know that the EV X line I heard sounded great and didn't sound like other made in China DJ gear they have on the market that he's trying to pawn off on EV X line. No there not Meyer's or LA Acoustic but for the money IMO their well worth the price.
