Recessed LED in ceiling

Looking for ideas on recessing LED Par Cans or Panels. I have a client that has a small stage area and they want some lighting for it but have low ceilings and would prefer to not have the lights seen.

Was looking for ideas since I haven't come across anything yet that is specifically manufactured for it.
