HTL 1w and 3w PAR lights?
« on: January 10, 2010, 01:35:06 PM »

I have seen these on ebay only.  A 6-pack of the 1w lighting fixtures(containing 36 1w elements, 12 R, 12 G, 12 B, and with 6 channel DMX control) went for about $1,000 in a few different auctions...that's around $170 a can, among the cheapest I've seen for that much LED power.  The housings look stout in the pix, but I know looks can be deceiving.  Has anyone seen or used these lights?

Are you referring to a particular product?  Link?

These are on a Buy it Now auction for $399 and $299 respectively, but I have seen floating auctions where the 1w LED PARs went for less than $1000 in a group of 6.

I am not aware of a manufacturer link.

I think this is the web site:
http://theprohtl.com/

They have a news column on the far right highlighting Martin products.  Strange...

I work for HTL and our products are soon to dominate the market. For entry level and semi  pro these are the lights to get. Including HTL moving heads. compare the prices and see they do the same as the top name brands but cost less than half the price.

this desk looks awfully familiar (off htl's website):

in fact, this desk looks nearly identical:
