How do one, time allign a delay loudspeaker stack with a Yamaha LS9-32?
I do not find any settings on the desk to delay a OMNI - OUT on the desk in order to delay the delay stacks from the main Left and Right speaker stacks.

The omni output patching screen has the delay on it.  Right around the middle (from top to bottom) The Blue knowbs.

It is usually not a good idea to run different zones (such as delays etc) processing from the console.  YOu will generally have to use some EQ and unless you run a seperate matrix output and use the eq on that you will not be able to eq.

A seperate processor is the best way.  You might be able to do it from the console-but it is not the best way.

I picked up a Yamaha D1030 on ebay for like 75$ for this use. It has 3 separate outputs with 3-band parametric EQ and delay. It is an extremely basic but functional unit.

Ivan is correct that the omni output patching screen has the delay on it.  

For one-offs, I personally don't see any problem with feeding the delays directly from a matrix on a mixer, but for an install it would be better to use an external speaker processor.
