Midas PRO6 Training Courses

(1/4) > >>

Jason Kelly:
Dear All,

Firstly, I hope this post is not inappropriate. If so Mr.Moderator please delete.

As some of you will know I am lucky enough to work for Midas and I look after much of the training for our digital systems. We are running some UK based training courses over the coming months and I thought some of you might be interested. You can find all the details of the courses at the link below:

http://www.midasconsoles.com/pro6-training-courses.php

Due to the great demand we've had for the courses over the past couple of months we have added some new dates. There are two different courses available. The one day CMDU course is designed for engineers and operators to give them a good grounding and understanding of how the PRO6 works, how to get around it and mix with it. The two day CMDSE course is more in depth and designed to give a system tech or engineer a full grasp of the PRO6 system.

The full list of dates is as follows:

DECEMBER 15TH 2009
JANUARY 7TH 2010
JANUARY 13-14TH 2010
JANUARY 21ST 2010
FEBRUARY 11TH 2010
FEBRUARY 16-17TH 2010
FEBRUARY 25TH 2010
MARCH 2-3RD 2010
MARCH 11TH 2010
MARCH 30TH 2010
APRIL 13-14TH 2010

If you'd like to attend please fill out the form on the Midas Consoles website. For our international friends, as there are now a large number of PRO6 systems across the world, we are planning to role out these training courses worldwide. So please look out on the Midas Consoles website or talk to your local distributer for information on these.

I look forward to seeing you in Kidderminster (Or somewhere else around the world)
Thanks,

Jason Kelly,
Midas & Klark Teknik

U.S. dates would be nice. Is there a cost to attend the training sessions?

The page that Jason links to says both courses are free to attend.

Jason Kelly:
Hi Justice,

The UK courses are free to attend.

We are currently arranging dates for courses around the United States for next year which will be run by Midas Consoles North America. But I'm hoping that either Richard Ferriday or myself will be assisting Jay and Mitch at these events, so I'm looking forward to meeting many of the people I've gleened knowledge from on this site for nearly 10 years now. Hopefully these courses will be starting in January, then rolling out across the year through out the US.

If anyone will be touring in the UK over the next few months please feel free to get in touch. I'm sure we can arrange some training for you at the factory while you are in the UK, if you are interested.

As soon as I have finalised details for the US training schedule I will post them here.

Thanks
Jason

Jason Kelly:
I'm happy to announce that we now have the first PRO6 training courses scheduled in the US. There will be further dates announced over the coming weeks in other cities around the country. Please use this link:

I hope to see some of you on one of the courses.

Thanks
