The drivers are from Eminence and are a modified version of the LAB12.  I don't know if anyone has posted more information about them except:

- 3" voicecoil
- 500 watt RMS
- 15mm Xmax

They are custom built driver for Danley.  They are the same drivers that are used in the DTS-20, CS30 and TH112.

They basically look the same as a Lab12-but there are several major differences-the coil wire-the overall size of the coil-the cooling and so forth.

When we were initially working on the DTS10 project, I asked Tom to model the LAB 12 in the sub and it doesn't come close to the same performance as our driver especially down around the low teens/single digit response.

Yes, I heard about modifying the brace, I'll have to pull the driver and check that out.  It sounds like adding the extra gasket in front of the driver also helps with the possible clearance issue.

I haven't added an extra fill yet either.  I figured that I would try it out first.  So far I haven't really noticed adverse affects (in actual use).

Currently the sub is being powered by a QSC PL380 in bridge mode.  I wired each driver to it's own channel of pins on a Neutrik NL4 connector on the input panel.  One four conductor NL4 cable into the bridged PL380 and I'm in business.

Maybe I should get another one just for fun.
