I assume you will want to be using passive wedges rather than active, so you don't have get more amps?  Unless of course you are building 8 wedges, 2 per mix so four mixes total.

Passive crossovers are tough to design and expensive to build.  You'd likely be better off just buying a mid level passive monitor.

You gave no idea on budget.  That is ALWAYS a good starting point.  Are you looking at $500/monitor or $2000.  You will get different opinions-depending on the money you have.

We assume you already have all the tools and skill for such a project.

And as Duncan said-getting a passive crossover right is not easy-and better left to a company who does it.  Off the shelf units don't work well except on "perfect" drivers.

We are assuming you are doing 8 mixes-due to the equipment you listed.

For every complicated question-there is a simple- easy to understand WRONG answer.

Can I have some more talent in the monitors--PLEASE?

If you aren't prepared to invest $ 500 each in materials (+ a bunch of labor) consider the Yamaha SM15V boxes instead. They sound decent, don't cost a whole lot, and I've seen a lot of mid-level venues and companies using them.

Building a monitor is not difficult, but, as has been posted already, building a passive crossover is difficult.
