Hey, i am mid show and the projector failed, image appeared in "slow motion" and the lamp shut off, now when we try to strike the lamp it says err 81, have looked through the manual and have put a new lamp. filter in, did a "hard reset" and still cannot get the thing to fire up, the video guy is on hold waiting for christie support but figured someone might have run into this before and the audio guy can come to the rescue....

ps, image is being fed HDSDI, this is a  install that has not seen this issue before and was not being used outside of what it is normally used for
