The first year I did a truck, actually it was two trucks with bands.  I toasted 8 or 9 JBL 2241's  from one truck.  We had a BE that was infamously deaf.  He also liked the color red while mixing.  Oh what a weekend that was.  The rain all weekend didn't make it any better. Sad

I miss DA, too

Read his last book (compiled of scripts a friend found on his computer, there were lots of unfinished pieces of work) a while ago. Liked it, wanted more, not going to happen. Sigh.

On parades: I took part in the Schlagermove parade in Hamburg for some years, not as loud, crazy people.
With a good generator big enough to power twice the rig at full tilt usually nothing can go wrong. Plus a good driver with fresh coffee, air condition and rock music in the cabin for the breaks. Cheers, Frank Wink
