1 question though, it seems like the 2 options you have presented are apples and oranges, dual 18 vs horn load 15", seeing as ultra low frequencies are not a concern. Is portability a concern?
Are you stuck on having jbl tops? Seeing as you already have the crest power I'm guessing passive boxes are the only thing your considering
other considerations might be

Eaw SB180 118
Eaw SB250 215 (same size as 118 and move a surprizing abount of air)
But really if your going with the JBL tops you might as well go JBL bottom, it looks better on paper when you send out your tech rider, Who's your local dealer , Is this for your band only , or are there others you might team up with on larger events?.
The only advice I can pass on , not from experience but from another user is that the Ucs1 will really require 4 units, 1 per side really doesn't produce much but coupled pairs are surprisingly effective.
