Has anyone seen Garage Band on this? The demo video looks pretty cool. I can see this platform taking hold in school music programs and similar applications.

I hope not - unless as merely a tool to learn notes/theory. Playing a real instrument is a truly unique experience and certainly not replicated on a touch screen.

i know within a year we'll see people playing ipads at club gigs as their instrument...
