I don't have an official answer, but I've been using L6-20 and 5-15 twofers for ages.  I don't see why 'IEC' would be any different.

That looks pretty good, though if I go that route, I think I'd put right angle XLR connectors on my DMX cable and leave a thin layer of foam on the edge below the connectors & maybe some under the fixtures themselves to cushion the LED's from the case during transit.  

I too would like to know which case that is.

I already have some very similar cords.  I was looking something just like that, only a 4-way version.  I finally gave up and some of the 1 x 4's that Adam mentioned. (the 14" ones)

if you plan on keep the fixtures, you could combine all of the power cords into a junction box (shorten and splice) and leave one male edison coming out of the box. connect a single input extension cord and there you go. I see this done with 4 pinspot bars all the time. The LED fixtures would be way less than 15 amps.

The case in the pic is a SKB-H5020W extra large stand case. I do intend to replace the DMX cables with 90 degree ends so I can place a layer of foam on the inside top and bottom. The total weight of the case with the lights is about 55 lb's.
