Had the privilege of providing for her Wednesday - she's 70 now and this was her 4th show this week. You had to listen with nostalgic ears to find what you'll hear in the link below, but the audience was floored nevertheless. As you'll see in the video, she doesn't like microphones and has to have something that is nearly omnidirectional, like an SM58. :) I only own two because they happened to come on some used wireless transmitters I bought, so I borrowed six more from Troy to meet the rider.

FOH was Howie Lindeman and the monitor dartboard was Rob Treloar. Both exceptional and incredibly easy to work with. Howie's been with Roberta for over 30 years and used a Shure DFR11 to deal with the mic distance insanity. A full band and small orchestra were shoehorned on to a 40' square and the woman refuses to go near the mic. Nobody tells the "countess" what to do apparently. :)
