How about a dog- er, woofer!

I'd love to play around with a couple of the Ramsdell Audio 27" Subwoofers he's got listed in another auction.

I'd actually like a few weeks with the Swans as well, although the thought of using them for SR i sjust rediculous! Rolling Eyes

I love the idea of the remote control that allows the user to have up to 100 presets of different eq BASED ON THE MUSIC THEY PLAYED DURING SETUP Rolling Eyes And allows the user to "voice" the system at will.

That is an invitation for disaster. Laughing

Lets add console eq, along with eq presets for different types of music, based on some recording of unknown quality-which is based on some unknown reference monitor.

I would like to know how many he sells.

Let's see-4 front loaded 8" drivers per cabinet.  Now that's gonna get the job done with bands. Laughing

I guess one size fits all churches in his world.

Can I have some more talent in the monitors--PLEASE?

Those have quite a bit in common (just from a quick look at the auction) as the SLS L8695's that Tim Padrick uses.

Vertical dispersion just 2 degrees from 2Khz up! Perfect!

There are more drivers on the back side as these are bipolar. The 2.2 has 52 drivers per speaker.

They're going to make me bipolar.

$20k for a set of allegedly $100k speakers... then you gotta give this joker $700 more for shipping/delivery and then you gotta buy this jackass a meal and a hotel room?

All of this, and he cannot take a picture of the actual item he is trying to sell?  BOGUS!!

Tweak audio is only set up for one spot in the room.  Back in the day to be a Magnapan dealer you had to have an IVIE RTA and go though their training in setting things up to minimize cancellations at the listening sweet spot.  We know a lot more these days, but when you limit yourself to a single listening position (as opposed to SR which is trying to evenly cover everywhere) then you stand a better chance of flat power delivery equating to decent sound.
