How the heck do you turn this off? is it connected to Private message notification? If so that's anoying..

I want to be able to subscribe to topic's i want to bookmark for easy finding later on.. but I don't want to be notified every time someone posts a new thing in that thread!

I have everything except PM's turned on. Is there a way to subscribe but not get the e-mail's thrown at me for the topic, yet still get PM e-mails?

Subscribed by definition means that you receive email notification of posts in a thread to which you've subscribed.
