The Triple 12s and Growlers are of simular output and quality, at half the weight, cost and only need one XTI6000 and one XTI4000.

I have both a GL2400 and an O1v and I agree with Jim.

The O1v sounds great and takes up 5% of the space of the GL2400 + outboard rack (and is much cheaper).

I don't find it difficult to get around the O1v and being able to save settings for support bands etc make it my first choice unless I need the extra channels on the GL.

The only negative is how unimpressive it looks turning up with the yammy as apposed to the GL with all the outboard!

I replaced my GL2400 (and a 12 space rack) with a LS9 and am glad I did!

That said, I really did like the GL24000.  You could do a lot worse.

Yes - go with the Crown DSP - that's a good thing.
As for how many and which ones - you may not need all that on your mains.

I would go with -
1 Crown XTi2000 - HF
1 Crown XTi4000 - MF
1 Crown XTi6000 - LF

Of course I wouldn't want to lift any of that old LA stuff but if you insist on carrying that weight then check out those Growler things that were mentioned or here are some things similar to what you had in mind.

I have other ideas for monitors as well but that's another subject worthy of much hand wringing by many people.  Regardless - it's silly to waste a whole XTi4000  for a drum monitor sub.  If you have money for that there are better ways of doing what you want.
