After some thinking about it this is more or less what I'm thinking: Still looking for more feedback either way.
FOH: 2 LA325 4 LA400 run with - 1 Crown XTi4000 - HF 1 Crown XTi6000 - MF 1 Crown XTi6000 - LF * rather than an active crossover use the DSP in the amps??
Monitors: 4 Yamaha CM12V 1 Yamaha CW115V (sub for drum mix) run with - 3 Crown XTi4000 (one bridged for the sub)
Console: Allen & Heath GL2400-24 (or GB2, have yet to decide, leaning toward A&H)
plus assorted EQ, EFX, Dynamics.

Since this thread popped up again...
Yes - go with the Crown DSP - that's a good thing.
As for how many and which ones - you may not need all that on your mains.
I would go with -
1 Crown XTi2000 - HF
1 Crown XTi4000 - MF
1 Crown XTi6000 - LF
Of course I wouldn't want to lift any of that old LA stuff but if you insist on carrying that weight then check out those Growler things that were mentioned or here are some things similar to what you had in mind.

He doesn't use that funny blue logo any more so they look very generic.
Stack them on one of these and you're good to go.

http://www.ramsdellproaudio.com/products/subs/218r.htmI have other ideas for monitors as well but that's another subject worthy of much hand wringing by many people. Regardless - it's silly to waste a whole XTi4000 for a drum monitor sub. If you have money for that there are better ways of doing what you want.
