Silverlight is as installed as it's going to get.  The MS Silverlight site detects it as installed.  Safari still comes back with the " Windows required " response from the NBC site.

What OS and version of Safari are you running? I have 10.5.4 and 3.1.2. For me the NBC site said I needed Silverlight, I clicked OK, and it installed. I didn't do anything special.

Macs are still, by far, the overwhelming, popular choice among teenage girls.

I saw a VERY cute teenage girl on the train the other day with her MacBook.  She was very "stylish".  She was hot, but her clothes were not.   Laughing

Did you try firefox?

It does work in safari 3.1.2 on 10.5.2.

Try upgrading safari?

This is beginning to look like a no go for use on 10.4.  Neither Safari 3.2.1 nor the current version of Firefox will make the OS sniffer on the NBC site happy. Keeps telling me I need Windoze.

That makes me pugnacious as all get out! And a little bellicose, belligerent, and truculent as well!

Call a doctor! Bennett swallowed a thesaurus!

I use 10.5.4, the site works for me with Safari, Firefox and Opera (and that's without engaging Opera's "pretending to be IE function")

Keep trying, good luck
