Wireless DMX

Anyone try the wireless DMX from Chauvet?  Wondering if these would work for small clubs, anything to avoid running one more cable.

Honestly don't see the advantage.

I've used other brands for moving set pieces with battery powered practicals.

- Maybe useful for quick temporary set ups.

But for normal use? Why bother? Cable is cheap and ultra-reliable.

I have a couple.  They're line of sight at best.  If not LOS, the performance is spotty.

For your application, save the money and run a cable.
