Yesterday I posted in two threads.  Usually after a couple of days I unsubscribe the topic, to minimize the number of email updates about the thread.

I find neither of these new topics in my unsubscribe list.  Am I doing something wrong, or was this an actual glitch?

Hard to say. Might be a glitch. At least you're not receiving unwanted email!
