The builder of that truck got the chassis and cab from Mack and added their own body.

Yes, Mack does make garbage TRUCKS.  Trucks designed specifically for mounting various packers.  You said trucks, they make trucks.  Now shut up, you little puke.  (comment kindly intended)

As a truck, by definition and etymology, must have wheels, PAK-MOR does not make trucks.  They do, however, make truck bodies.
