Why not use a quad video processor from the video security industry? Here's one for $102 bucks:

I'm not recommending this one it's just an example. They only input/output composite video. What I often do is composite to the quad and Y/C to the switcher.

If I were running SD, I would definitely do this, but we're running HD-SDI. Thanks though.

The only affordable units I've seen are little 7" and 10" flat panel TVs on eBay.  They sell for $100 to $150, and IIRC have composite and SVHS inputs.

Try the Numark VM03MKII (or older models second hand)
3 adjustable viewing angle screens in rackmount.
Price $650-$850
Good bang 4 the buck! No problems at all with the brand, seen it used by companies here in Holland

Chris,
I had the very same problem quite a while ago.  It seems that a basic rackmount lcd is not a primary concern for manufacturers.

Middle atlantic has a product called the RSH that works really well with the VESA mount on the back of a standard LCD.

http://www.middleatlantic.com/rsh/rshcus2.htm

For example,

order part number
RSH4A8LC VIEWSONIC VA503B

and pick up a viewsonic va503b
