RF Comms output mix
« on: February 25, 2008, 01:10:12 pm »

So I have been trying to no avail to increase the beltpack headset output of our HME 850's. Been using output mix pages but am getting no noticable increase. Any tips out there.

Thanks

Mike,

You can find audio level controls in the Config tab at:

Base > Config > Input Level
Base > Transmitter > Audio Level

Advanced > Audio Mix > Master Level
Advanced > Audio Mix > RX 1, 2, 3, or 4 level

The software interface lacks a comprhensive view of the available gain. It's a convoluted look to see that your Transmitter output level is sufficiently hot enough but not overloading the next downstream stage. Not at all like a mix console.
