Okay, attached is a pic of a connector RTS used on their older stuff, typically for 4-wire type connections. It appears to be a screw-on type. Obviously 6-pin. The picture shows it on a piece of gear next to a standard XLR for scale.
I've got a pair of old BP-320s. I just need to make an adapter using this connector to XLRF so i can add in the cue from my console to the headset.

What's the gear the connector is on? Telex has pretty complete manuals on line that go pretty far back. It should be easy to look it up if you know what the equipment is.

I've pored over the schematic for my BP-320 Beltpack [which as you say is readily available on line]. I know what all the pins on the connector do [one is a remote for the mic switch, which is gonna go to a foot switch], but i can't see anywhere where it says what the connector IS.
I might just give them a call. They put the connector on quite a few things back in the day. I suspect there was a part number for a breakout cable somewhere.

Almost looks like an Amphenol C091 series, but I can't tell if the pin spacing is right.

No, Brian, you're not old[ish] enough. But, that doesn't mean you're not right. :)
That might be the ticket. looks very right-ish.

Dang. Pin spacing is wrong. But it does scream amphenol.
Gonna have to do more digging. Or replace the whole thing with something else.

Thank you, Jordan. That looks close enough to order it and see. For sure the pin pattern is right. And even if it doesn't mate directly, i can probably just swap the panel mount on my BPs as well if the size is close enough.
Although this is clearly an asian copy of some other connector. probably an amphenol. :)

I did have to refine my search a bit, but looking for connectors related to aviation helped a lot.
