That would be redundant. It doesn't make sense to compete against yourself (Midas) or buy a viable competitor, just to eliminate competition.
We are just watching a mature industry re-arrange the deck chairs, this has been going on for decades, and we always end up with less chairs after the music (group) stops. 8)
