Has anyone ever seen a screw terminal type C13 locking? I have tried digikey, intensive search on Internet but can't turn any up.

If you can't find a locking iec that you can terminate to your own cable maybe you can make a little adapter? Buy a prebuilt locking cable, cut off the edison like a foot from the iec and put on one of the female locking neutrik powercon connectors. It wouldn't be as nice but at least you would have all locking connectors.

This is a great idea, I've made some cords with the above linked plug. Never seen them with a locking feature, tho.

Paul, there isn't a day I don't learn something from this forum. For 30 years I have called any rubber jacket flexible cable SO cable. Had a guy I used to work with call it locomotive wire. The key being the find strands in the conductors that make it lay nice.
Well anyway it turns out I have SO and SJ and some stuff from Emerson I can't cross reference.
So many forums don't want to offend people and point out mistakes. That is for people who want affirmation not learning.
Keep on calling me out.

John, I do wish everything that cost over $2000 has to have a powercon. Making the pigtails was my next step.
That actually is not a bad idea. Make all my cable powercon and then have pigtails for different applications.
Wrapping those PVC jacketed crap cables or trying to dress them is one step short of maddening.

Correct, I will construct a Powercon Male to C13L as a pigtail to plug into the speaker inlet and the power cable jumper back to distro
