Hey guys, im in the market for a line array setup for my arena. I was on alibaba and i see brands such as: Sanway audio, Merry sound, DB mark, and C-mark. Do you guys have any experience with any of these brands?

Yes... I have worked on one, I think the brand was "GRD". But it was a cheap Chinese PA rig.
We had 6x tops per side over 3x 'horn loaded' 18" subs and then 6x 15" front loaded subs center clustered on an Aux.
Tops needed a lot of EQ'ing to get any reasonable sound out of.
Subs sounded like to was built from a rubber box.
Fly hardware was junk; a lot of bent brackets and loose screws.
Would buy one... NOPE.
I would have had a better day if the rig was 2-3x KF850 over 3-4x SB850 with the Analog crossover and the Old Crest Pro or Crown MacroTechs

I mixed on a TVi rig not long ago. It was crap.

I must concur I was running an old quad Court system in house and a well known Australian band brought in an imported rig as the engineer seemed to think the Court system was not up to par. I mixed 2 other well know acts on the in house system and when the main act hit the stage the result was less than stellar, it sounded terrible and not even half the volume of the in house rig............if they like wasting a couple of grand to hire it for a night then let them have it :)

Any reason why you are set on a Line Array system?
We just recently upgraded our system (18K+ hockey arena) to a Danley Sound Labs system.
I was looking into a Line Array system prior to the Danleys but it would have blown the budget.
I have zero complaints about the new system and it impresses even the pickiest shows that come through.
If you are close to the Columbus, Ohio area, feel free to stop in for a listen.

Seriously, don't bother.
We used to stock Nexo and came across some copy Nexo a few times, they sounded s**t, nothing like the originals, yet they looked identical. Developing a good sounding box is a long winded R&D journey, thus the high price for basically a bit of wood and a driver. Knocking together a box and putting some drivers in it will not get you a good sound. The Chinese may copy lights, but speakers are an entirely different entity.

The Chinese may copy lights, but speakers are an entirely different entity.
Note that Peerless, Vifa and other classic brands of drivers are now part of Chinese based Typhany and all the new designs as well as the manufacturing are coming from there.
