Are the Shure ULXP wireless units in the G3 (407-506 MHz) frequency ok to use in the United States?

Are the Shure ULXP wireless units in the G3 (407-506 MHz) frequency ok to use in the United States?

Their tuning bandwidth is 470-506MHz.  Those frequencies are legal across the country, except for certain restrictions in 13 US cities, which can be found here:

Oops!  Thanks Jason.  I was looking at the unit and STILL typed it wrong!
