EV ELX Series?
« on: January 26, 2011, 09:51:31 PM »

Did anyone catch the new Electro-Voice Live X speakers at NAMM? They look interesting and are at a good price point for us broke-ass bottom feeders.  I'm liking the passive sub as an alternative to the SW118V.

Anybody who's heard them please comment.

I have no idea if this is a reputable seller or not, but these things are cheap!

How's the monitor angle on the ELX112P? I've had a hard time finding powered boxes with decent angles for standing performers and this one looks promising.

I am 6'2" and when i stood with the wedge it was not perfect but was usable.  Likely one of the better low end powered monitors I have played with.

The pricing listed on that site is the correct MAP pricing.
