From the video you linked it looks like you're using some really good LED fixtures. To get the warmer effect you can do several things: use a color gel ($10/sheet), use a WWA LED fixture (~$500/each), alter the white balance on your cameras (free but could cause other issues).

in front there's probably a few 1-2k fresnels reflected back onto the stage, one from stage right more direct than one stage left as his left side is more shadowed, therefore less light
may have some CTO on the front stuff to get the fresnels to match the color temperature of the pars, either that or it's just some more pars, although it's more difficult to get that even of a wash out of par cans
as for the whole orange/yellow look that the video has, it's due to adjustments that have been made on the camera...
he's got a couple videos that were done on that 'stage' actually...
