Their is currently no app for running studio manger PM5D software that I am aware of, but I regularly mix shows on my ipad running a VNC client (iteleport) to a PC and Mac running Studio Manager with some success.

I do not use it for setting up a console, but once i have the majority of the work done I can do things like eq monitors and push faders with ease. In a pinch I have mixed a whole show on an ipad when it wasn't an option to have the console out front.
