I need your help in two ways:

1. I need examples of good pre/post production checklist, examples of good long term maintenance schedules and examples of your favorite training materials (books, on-line courses, seminars or in house courses). Feel free to PM any of these to me.

2. I need to hear your stories, preferably about humorous, tragic or self deprecating situations that you got yourself into by not being prepared. Feel free to post those here for ever-ones enjoyment.

I'm working on a couple of training projects and you input would be greatly appreciated.
