New Yamaha DXS15XLF Reviews?
« on: August 25, 2018, 03:48:53 PM »

These look good on paper and have a good size (I can fit two of these in my wagon with all my other gear). Anyone tried them out? These would be paired with a couple of DSR115's for outdoor gigs and medium indoor gigs (100-200 people). I am looking to add more synth to the PA mix (think Taurus pedals) and would also like to go ampless for my bass.

Any other smaller subs people would recommend to pair up with the DSR's? I know from reading this forum that it is hard to find two subs of reasonable size that will keep up with the DSR's. If I could fit it, I would just get a JBL SRX828SP and call it good (although being able to run cardioid mode would be a plus).

Thanks!

Update: Just realized these are not yet available for purchase - anyone catch them at a trade show?

It would be hard to find two MI subs of ANY size to keep up with the DSR's.

New product, released only a few days ago in the USA. Probably premature.
