...I would kill a man for an AbdulEQ tee.

I have an Abdul tee. I wore it once to a gig and hung it up after that. It's one of my prized possessions ..

Cherish it!
In hindsight, to propose that I would willingly visit harm on another, even in jest, likely precludes me from ever receiving the Blessed Raiment of the Desert Wanderer.

Hey guys and girls,

Guess what I did? I threw away 13 black shirts. I still have over 30 left, but eventually...... Has anybody else counted the number of black shirts they own?

Good mixing.

Ya, Whatever. Just throw a '57 on it, and get off my stage.

Why in God's name did you keep that picture?  And cropped Ray out?  The best part.

I guess I would have been cooler in a black Showco shirt.

I've just seen a picture of myself at work.

No.

Black isn't slimming.

At. All.

I can understand crew wearing black so they are unobtrusive, but I often wonder why so many musicians wear black on stages which usually have black backgrounds.  All you see is an instrument, two hands and a face.

As Steve reply makes the point if you are on a stage with a black backdrop and all they see is a head and hands then it is slimming because they can't see your body.  ;)

I don't understand the people that wear black when working outdoors on a hot day in the sun. I wear a long-sleeve white cotton shirt over a colored t shirt when working in the sun to protect my skin. When working shows indoors I always wear black except for setup days where there isn't an audience yet.

I now am going to have to count how many back shirts I have. If I am supposed to look better then just wearing blue jeans I revert to nice black jeans and usually at a minimum a black golf shirt, no logo wear.
