I did miss that ... but then my question would still apply -- just at the transmitting end instead.

The question was asking if you could use an IEM transmitter with a Mic Receiver.

Yeah both are rack-mount Tx/Rx systems. Got it setup today and works great! Using a Senny A 2003-UHF Rx in an arena bowl with 1/4 wave rubber duckies on the Tx, about 150' away on the concourse.

ICYMI the IEM transmitter is a 1/2 rack unit with detachable antenna. So, you can use the 1/4 wave antenna it comes with, or BNC to (Sennheiser options) A1031U omnidirectional or A2003 directional antenna, to focus the broadcast area.
