Got this from Home Depot.
LED, Magnetic base, 3 brightness levels, usb rechargeable.
This is the most useful small work light I've run across yet.
I have no idea how long it will live.
Some of the devices I've gotten over the years fail or grenade in a couple of months.

I've been eyeing similar models for a while. One thing that sets them apart is whether or not they can run while charging.

Good question.
I just tried it and . . yes!

From the User's manual:

- Working operating environment: 14 degrees F to 104 degrees F.

- Completely drain the battery then fully charge the battery for 12 hours prior to first use.

- Lamp must be off when connecting the power supply.  Failing to do so may result in dimished lifespan of LED

The manual does not mention anything about turning it on (using it) while charging.

Most chargers will run a voltage surplus until a sink is connected to the source. You wouldn't want to overvoltage an LED. But once it's plugged in to charge then the voltage is dropped/ready.

I bought 2 of these LED work light

They have been great for outdoor shows where I used to keep my stage lights on as long as possible before moving to flashlights. These lamps flood the stage with light and hold charge for hours.
They can be hung to keep them out of the way and off the floor.
