ADK Pro Audio Computers out of Business?

Anyone know what's up with ADK.  Google says they are permanently closed, phone doesn't work, and Facebook page is down.

Yeah, website is only thing that works.  Heard rumor they shut down abruptly a few month ago. Trying to confirm if they are closed, haven't had luck contacting them.

Same here - I have a workstation of theirs I was looking for upgrade advice about - no responses.
