Besides the AH SQ series (12 stereo mixes) is there anything in a same-or-lower price bracket that will support at least 10x stereo IEM mixes.

I currently have:
Si Expression 1
Si Impact
Mackie DL32R

The Soundcrafts are limited to 6x stereo, or if using the Mackie as a dedicated IEM mixer I can get 7x stereo.

I have 8x EW300 G3 plus a couple Behringer/Shure hardwire IEM packs and would like to be able to utilise them all on stereo mixes.

Any other ways to skin this cat?

A cursory look at the PreSonus documentation makes me think that studio-live can get 9x mixes?

16 auxes = 8 stereo + L/R = 9 stereo mixes?

Same with X32.

So what is the need for 8 different mixes ?

With my X32 rack I have two stereo mixes, Keys and Drums that are hardwired with HA4700 headphone amp.  4 single channel floor monitors, and one more stereo Wireless IEM.  That will leave me with 4 Aux sends still open for two more stereo sends.  The remaining two Aux sends are Aux fed Sub and Side fill.

Quick answer: none.

You need 8 stereo aux + 8 mono aux for effects + 8 effect engines to do 8 IEM mixes properly.

Basically SQ or higher priced console.

A&H specifically made SQ with: "ultimate stereo monitor mixer" in mind.

Aren't you still limited by the number of XLR outs at the board or stagebox?
10 stereo mixes = 20 outs!
Most boards in the mid range only have 16 outs including LR.

Yeah, most of the smaller desks max out at 16 aux/mixbusses, so adding stereo buss gets you to 9 stereo.  X32/M32 is in this category.

The QL1 will do it, but that's probably not at the price point the OP is looking for.

PM5D .  Still the best monitor console ever made.  Well under 10K on ebay.
