Subwoofer pole help
« on: June 14, 2018, 07:59:08 AM »

I have an onstage subwoofer pole that's missing the rubber stabilizing ring for the pole bottom. I've contacted onstage for a replacement but it's not a available. Any suggestions on what i can use as a substitute? Or a fix? I was thinking of adding tape to the part that goes into the pole cup to snug it up.

I have a pair of the OSS Crankup sub poles and those things were the first to get lost. Use Wide large rubber bands wrapped a couple of times near the base of the tube extension that goes inside the speaker. Quick, cheap replaceable and doesn’t leave any residue. Another low cost option is the rubber strip used for window/door seal. Get a small thin rounded version, cut to length and wrap around the tube.
