Infocomm 2018
« on: May 14, 2018, 07:45:45 PM »

I searched and I searched, but found no thread for this year's show.

I will be attending all day on June 6th, for the first time in a while. Looking forward to seeing some gear...some faces...

Best regards,

John

Let's just say it is something you have never seen/heard before.  And other stuff also :)

No, I cannot say anything else until the show.

But this time it is truly different :).

I can't post any photos or descriptions until the show.

Let's just say it is unlike anything that I am aware of, and could be a new direction.

But I will let others give their opinions once they have heard it.

So Danely is getting into lights?  :P

I'm trying to get the powers that be to let (i.e. pay for) me go. Submitted my travel request last week, if I'm lucky I'll hear something back end of this week.

An announcement just came out from Martin Audio a couple of days ago.
This will be demoed at the show.  It should prove to be very interesting.

My travel request to go to Infocomm was approved, and I am registered. Trying to get my flight and hotel booked through the City's travel agent.

Who do I need to see and where do I need to go? Anybody got any show hook ups?

I just booked a week long corporate with a new client that should pan out into a lot more work so I have to miss Infocomm this year

I’m gonna be the wireless guy on an easy gig.

Me “How many wireless are we using”
Client “12”
Me “In each room?”
Client “No, total. 4 in the General Session, 1 in each Breakout.”
