A new basss horn
« on: April 18, 2018, 12:17:39 PM »

This is from an "ad".  So it must be true.

It must be a new way to measure sound-I guess.

"During the sound check a glass front was dematerialized to light. Now the insurance did not want to pay. They say dematerializing is not insured. I do not think so."

Poor "insert language of choice" to English translation?
Dematerialized = shattered?
Light = bits or small pieces?

Did someone say "Beam me up Scotty" before the dematerialization? If they did then insurance should cover it.

Lighting guy's eyes light up with new effect  :o

I guess lighting has to budget for replacement glass fronts for each performance. Oh well, win some lose some I guess.

Has it ever been used for an actual music event?  Or was it just a labor of love?
