Connecting Tio to QL5

Just purchased at Tio1608 to use with our QL5 console.  Have everything connected, and can see the Tio in Dante Controller, but the console doesn't recognize it.

Not sure what I'm missing here, in reading other posts others seem to have gotten this to work.

Please go to your profile and change the "Name" field to your real first and last name as required by the posting rules displayed in the header at the top of the section, and in the Site Rules and Suggestions in the Forum Announcements section, and on the registration page when you registered.
